📋 Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility. Applicants must be 18 years or older, hold a valid Malawi National ID, and reside within Malawi at the time of application.
2. Loan amounts. Loans are offered between MWK 50,000 and MWK 1,000,000. Amounts above MWK 500,000 may require additional documentation or a guarantor at Twiza Capital's discretion.
3. Interest rates. Bi-weekly loans attract 23% flat interest on the principal. Monthly loans attract 45% flat interest on the principal. Rates are non-compounding and apply to the original principal only.
4. Repayment obligation. The full repayment amount (principal + interest) is due in full on the agreed repayment date. Partial payments are not accepted unless approved in writing by Twiza Capital Limited.
5. Default & penalty. Failure to repay by the due date constitutes default. A penalty of 5% of the outstanding balance per week will be charged from day 1 of default, compounding weekly until settlement.
6. Legal action. Twiza Capital Limited reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including reporting to credit reference bureaus, for loans overdue by 30 or more days.
7. Collateral. Loans above MWK 500,000 may require the borrower to provide a guarantor or asset as security. Twiza Capital reserves the right to seize collateral upon default.
8. Communication consent. The borrower consents to being contacted via phone, SMS, or email by Twiza Capital Limited or its agents at any reasonable time.
9. Truthfulness of information. The borrower certifies that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete. False information is grounds for immediate cancellation and legal action.
10. Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Malawi. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malawian courts.
11. Digital signature. Typing your full name constitutes a valid, legally binding digital signature equivalent to a handwritten signature under Malawi law.
